Brooks

Monday, September 29th, 2008

I met Brooks and his parents at Ft. Fisher on Saturday evening. It was an absolutely gorgeous afternoon at the beach!  Brooks seemed to really like my husband, Jeff, so I have to give him all the credit for the smiles!  Here are a few favs - the first one I couldn’t decide if I liked it better in color or black & white:

This one HAS to be in color!

And one so you can just see how cute Brooks is!

Halle

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Miss Halle made us know that she was not at all happy about having her portraits taken! It took a bit of patience (and a lot of breaks!), but I think it paid off!  Could this even be a little smile?

She is such a pretty baby and she couldn’t stay mad forever.  Here are a couple more:

Steven

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

Steven is one of my baby planners.  He just turned 6 months old and is such a cutie!  His appointment was a little late in the day, so I was afraid he would be tired and cranky.  Not this little guy!  He came in asleep, but woke up smiling and happy.

Ragan - Wrightsville Beach Senior Photographer

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

I met Ragan at Wrightsville Beach to do her senior portraits.  She is so photogenic and was up for doing some fun stuff, too!  Here are a few of my favorites, but it was hard to choose!

Grace

Friday, September 5th, 2008

Grace is just the prettiest little thing!  She came in for her newborn portraits and slept “almost” the entire time. I think she didn’t like sharing the spotlight with her parents, because she started fussing when we added them to the shots!  Here is Grace, at just over a week old:

John turns 1!

Monday, September 1st, 2008

It seems like I’ve had quite a few 1 year olds, lately. Lots of baby planners having birthdays means balloons and cake! This little cutie is John and he was an absolute joy to work with. Actually, he has been a joy every time he has been in the last year! This first one in Daddy’s jacket, we had a hard time keeping it on him (the hat, too!), but I think it turned out great:

Then, we brought in the cake! He wasn’t really into smashing it, but he had fun, anyway.

Jacob

I last saw Jacob when he was a month old:

Now he is almost 1 year old! Time flies by so quickly. He is such a cute and sweet little boy. Here is Jacob now:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JACOB!
